Dear brothers, this dawn at prayers, I received a strong inspiration as I prayed this set of heartfelt introductory words to new lives, be it friends or even strangers met during street evangelism. I would like to share it with you in hope that it may give you some inspiration of what to say to lives out there. (i don't get such strong inspirations too often! hehe)
In Him,
Ronald
Introductory words
"How much do you price (some random objects)?"
"Is there anything that you price so much, that you are willing to give up your life for?"
"As you can see, there are not many things (or even none) that we are willing to give up our lives for. Even then, when the time comes, we may actually end up treasuring our lives more. Therefore, if there was a person who actually gave up his life for you, wouldn't that be something really shocking?"
"If you knew, you would probably want to know what this person did that, and hear out what this person had to say, right? This is what happened for me."
"5 years ago I realized that a person gave up his life for me and I was shocked. He wanted to tell me some things, and I couldn't be so heartless as to ignore him, no matter how busy i was with studies and work at that time."
"He told me, that he died, so that I could live."
I asked him, "What do you mean? Couldn't you have done something else? And what do you mean that so that I can live?"
He said that only the price of his life could buy my life from the path of eternal death. He taught me, that people are truly living a life without knowing that they are headed towards eternal death, a life of sin and doing whatever they wanted...
(Here can share deeper about the words with inspiration from the HS)
"I learnt many other things which transformed my life to 100/1000 times better, and I also realized the true meaning of my existence. He also told me to tell everyone who has a heart, that He gave up his life so that not only me, but everyone, (yes, you too) could live!"
"And he asks you today, 'Would you be willing to hear my sincere words to you?"
